CaresProviders.com is an independent directory of disability and aged care providers in Australia. We list who works where, what they help with, and when they last confirmed their coverage.

We are not a provider. We do not deliver care, employ support workers, or manage anyone's plan or package.

We check that a provider's ABN and their NDIS or aged care registration match the public registers, and we show you the date we checked. That is a records check, not an endorsement.

It is not an assessment of quality, safety or suitability for any particular person. Choosing a provider is your decision, and you should ask your own questions before you engage one.

Coverage areas, vacancies, hours and services are supplied by the providers themselves and re-confirmed on a 30-day cycle. We show the confirmation date so you can judge how current it is, but we cannot guarantee that a provider still has capacity when you ring.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download or resell the listings
• Use provider contact details to send unsolicited marketing
• Misrepresent who you are, particularly when asking to be identity-checked as a professional
• Attempt to access household information you are not verified to see

You are responsible for the accuracy of your own listing. Claiming a listing means confirming you are authorised to act for that organisation.

Advertising is available and is always labelled. It never changes your position in search results — ranking is decided by confirmed coverage alone, and no one can buy a higher place.

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.

We provide this directory in good faith and take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but we are not responsible for the services a provider delivers, or for decisions made on the basis of a listing. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page and note the date. Questions go to hello@caresproviders.com.
